Roofing Contractor in Ellicott City, MD

We had a sliding glass door and large dining room windows replaced by Eagle Bay. Bob was helpful with suggestions, clear on pricing, and the whole process was smooth and direct. His installation crew was professional and did excellent work. I would highly recommend, and will return to Eagle Bay for future projects.

Bob and his team at Eagle Bay were fantastic to work with on our front door project. Bob is incredibly customer oriented and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He took the time to test multiple paint samples with us and paid close attention to the fit and finish to ensure the door was installed perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Bob kept me informed every step of the way and was always responsive. The pricing was very fair, especially considering the level of care and craftsmanship we received. I would highly recommend Eagle Bay and would absolutely use their services again.

I hired this contractor and work was started on time and his responses and workmanship were excellent. I had a roof replacement and gutter replacement completed by this contractor. Excellent pricing. Recommend hiring this contractor.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Eagle Bay. I was very pleased to find a local contractor that not only offered me a great price, but delivered hands-on service that catered to me, the Home Owner. I felt like the other contractors I interviewed just wanted to make a "sale" while Eagle Bay worked to solve my issues. I love my new doors and roof!!!

Eagle Bay was terrific from the initial bid, which was straightforward and honest, through ongoing communication via text and emails, and all the way through product installation. I couldn't be happier with the whole process of working with Bob and definitely recommend this company.
